Now put ghee on another pan , add besan and milk combine ( jhol) to it and stir fry Add sooji and stir more Add sugar stir some more Add milk powder and stir more Now in a third bowl 🥣 brush it with oil and place pieces of dry fruit at the bottom. Put the mixture we just prepared and let it sit for an hour. Tiurn it upside down on a cutting board Cut the block of mithai in rectangular shaped mithayi Enjoy 😊

Yes true, it came out little sticky....either laddu or halwa would be better.since the barfi is getting dragged when cut...i made it today....taste is superb...it needed more ghee than mentioned....

Today I tried this recipe. It had become too friable, sticky and too hard
It's wrong recipe, you should fry began in the ghee then, slowly add milk,and later add other things
