Winnipeg rental cost is very close to Calgary. I would expect Winnipeg rent to be cheaper. Your gas bill will likely be higher in winter with the cold temperature. The total utilities for my house (water, waste water, garbage, electricity and gas) range from $150 in summer to $300-400 in winter. My house and car have been pay off so my monthly living cost is $1300-1500 for a single person. Property tax, insurance and utilities take up a big junk of the expense. For internet, you need to call Telus every year to negotiate a better price. You should not pay more than $50-70 for good internet.

都有，睇下你班朋友點計，有d AA 、有d 太熟唔計數、都有d係Potluck,每人準備唔同野食咁，其實同香港人差不多

其實不便宜，我12年在winnipeg生活了一段短時間。現在在溫哥華同太太每月的開支應該跟你同你太太差不多，不過我們沒有養貓 ^^
其實真的差很多，食方面，我聽說多倫多更平宜，不過買房的話，真的比多倫多、溫哥華便宜很多

應該冇香港咁高，呢到租金千幾就租到過千尺既屋了，不過電話費，上網呢d就貴香港好多，不過油費又相對平返，食呢呢邊肉平，水果同菜就貴少少，不過睇你點用，有人兩人家庭，每月2 千幾都夠用，不過就要樣樣計住數，所以最主要睇自己點洗

淨係水費40元 per month 和車保 200 元 per month 喺多倫多地區根本就冇可能。
原來差咁遠，以為屋方面貴，其他差唔多Tim
記得上綱取pet food coupon 。
另新車全保保費自然貴。學定汽車保養，簡單維修，以後一定有用。
