I’ve had my skid steer 24” Quick Attach log splitter for eight years now, and it splits hardwood and softwood rounds with ease on a four way splitter, yours looks like the cutter and end stop are not long enough, could be another four inches longer to grasp the rounds.
I just subscribed to you That's nice Splitting wood I'm making one of them myself you'll see it on my RUclips channel Haven't started it yet but it's in it's in the making Can afford to buy one of them So make it my own So again good job Enjoyed the video we'll catch you on another one stay safe stay healthy stay happy
Nice! I recently had a load of big ugly tree service wood dropped at the house. This would have been the ticket to save my back for sure! Is that a different hydraulic cylinder you put on the splitter? Keep on having fun!
If I had a skid steer, I'd build one of those log splitters especially for that big stuff. Saves a lot of struggling with the big logs.
Next on the build list , i like it .

No. It's a store bought logsplifter I adapted to go on skid steer
@@GregN933 Thanks! Keep up the good work.
What cylinder did you use ? Is your machine considered high flow ?
No it's not.
It's a tractor supply logspliter. Original cylinder
