Hey! This is my second channel, more “behind the scenes” - if you want to see my first day in Taiwan on my main channel, watch it here! 😊 ruclips.net/video/c-Ars5Xz2OQ/видео.htmlsi=x52GwlMuhmRshJc_
@5:25 That's true everytime I see you guys walking it's at least a few thousand meteres, walking here and there stacks up and burns a lot of calories. I guess that means you guys need more food! (grandma mode on
High Speed Rail (HSR) runs only on the west side of Taiwan, not on the east side. But you can enjoy beautiful coastal view on the Taiwan Railway trains.
@@pcje Yes, compared to local train speed, Puyuma Express is faster, at maximum speed of 160km per hour. But it is still slow, twice as slow, in fact, relative to the 300km per hour of the Taiwan HSR.
If you are not in a rush and want to really enjoy the ocean views of the eastern coastlines of Taiwan, I would recommend taking the slower local Taiwan Railway trains, e.g. from Taitung, or Hualien, to Taipei. Speed is probably not a good thing if you’d like to soak in more beautiful coastal sceneries of the island.
triangle rice balls always are my favourite for breakfast. And I agree sometimes is hard to find the local coffee shops in the countryside in Taiwan. Looking forward next videos you guys 👍🏻❤️☺️
The canyons of Taroko National Park in Hualien are very spectacular and majestic. There is also Qingshui Cliff, which has a very spectacular cliff landscape and the color of the sea. You must go and visit, it’s very worth it!!
@@josievlogsthings 7 Eleven here use the same beans as Starbucks so everyone keeps telling me (I don't know if it is true or not, but I get told it often enough). Try a place called Cama Cafe if you see it, it is a very popular chain.

8:50 7-11in Australia also started to sell this sushi now, it’s called “Onigiri”. But in Taiwan, we call it “yu fan twan” -fan twan means rice ball 🍙

18:16 This is Houtong Railway Station and the famous Houtong Cat Village. If you like pets, you can plan to come and take a look next time.
You can get coffee from any of the convenience stores.
yeah, or there are many other chains that sells coffee, Louisa coffee chain is a more affordable one.
Totally.. I unfortunately am a massive coffee snob so convenience store coffee just never does it 😂
Louisa however I found in Hualien and worked there literally every day! It was great haha
