Thank you guys! Without the engine out, you can access those two bottom bolts from underneath, just remove under carriage panel on the left and you can reach the bolts with a 12 inch extension on your socket wrench.
You forgot to let us know how to remove the two bolts underneath the manifold with the radiator in the car. Now I removed everything except those bolts. What do I do now???
lol my thoughts exactly. those bottom bolts are an absolute b*tch. there's a couple ways of doing it both have a suck factor so pick your poison. method 1: you jack up the car and remove the cover that is underneath the car. then u get underneath and have access to the 2 bolts. make sure u use jack stands to support the car cause those bolts tend to be tight. method2: at 6:45 there are 2 stickers one on the intake manifold and another on the radiator on top of the cooling fan. look at the one with the cooling fan. directly above the orange part there is a bolt. remove that bolt. don't worry that bolt just keeps the coolant Jose in place it docent open anything so no worries ur coolant won't pour out. once you take the bolt off u will be able to push the Jose enough to the side to get your hand where the 2 bolts are. fyi I did this with a flex ratchet (those ratchets that can fold. u can get them at harbor freight for like 16-20$ or use one of those balljoint ratchets, those green ones with a circle that they have at harbour freight. from there on u need to feel your way down there and put the ratchet on the 2 bolts. and thats all (u think its hard to take them off, wait till u have to put them back on) so yeah pick ur poison. brilliant engineering by Hyundai but just be grateful u don't have to work on a mini or fiat. then u will know what automotive hell is
@@attiumeyami417 I removed the radiator fan and was able to get to the bolts... Completed the job... @Autorepairguys, the video itself is great, you just need to add the way to get to the last two bolts...
it would be next to impossible to get good footage with the engine inside the car. anyone who is competent with cars will look at this and just figure it out with the engine inside the car. however I do agree that the last 2 final bolts are absolutely aggravating. and a simple explanation on how to get them out would be nice. but then again most people attempting this job are already somewhat competent with cars and if they are not...... well they are about to become mechanically competent or about to fuck up/ strip some bolts
