No he didn't. Just rewatched the video. He ran 11.9-12.9 second. If Bekele could run 10.6, he would easily be capable of 45 for the 400m, and would also have run times like 1:38 for 800 and probably 3:22-3:23 for 1500m. 12s makes sense, he would likely run about the same in an open 100 FAT, and this is consistent with his 400m reported PB of super high 49. Bekele IS fast, but he isn't at the level of respectable D1 sprinters. If he was he would hold every WR from 800 up.
