I will DEFINITELY be getting Gordon! I can hardly wait to run him around around my N scale track with the TOMIX red express coaches! Anyone who now has a bachmann N scale Gordon, I highly recommend getting those to go with him!
@ I know! But from what I’ve seen, it looks like Bachmann is planning to design the N scale express coaches just like the HO scale ones. Which I DO love of course. But they don’t look EXACTLY like the coaches in the show. Like the Tomix ones do!
One of Bachmanns finest so far in the N scale range. Only have two problems for me with Gordon, the loco to tender connection and the CGI face. Personally would prefer a model series face but I suppose a 3d printer can help there. Anyway Looking forward to Henry and hopefully we get Duck, Donald and Douglas. Nice video
if you have big fingers it's for sure tough to get his wheels on the rails and tender hooked up. yes! i can't wait to review henry. duck donald and douglas would be a blessing to the n scale line
That looks so good, I wish the ho was as good and wasn't so expensive and more accessible in Canada so I don't have to pay for shipping. Thanks for a good review
@SodorProductions I mean I haven't ordered anything as my parents want me to save my money for post secondary school and such but it's just in general the Bachmann Thomas range is mainly in us and only available online at my local hobby store rather than in store
While the model is *almost* perfect, the main thing that sort of turns me off is the lack of space between the spokes. However, when I pick up Gordon, I might just use a black wash on the wheels to make it appear that there is actual space. But other than that, once I get it, give it a black wash, I will be very happy with what I have!
He looks amazing, just as good as the HO version. Now you need some coaches for him to pull; hauling Scruffey would be undignified! I'm glad that Bachmann is keeping up the quality of N scale... at least somewhat. Idk if you've seen N scale Emily reviews but sadly she is nowhere near as good as her other versions due to having poor internals.
Very nice. The only problem I have with N Gauge Gordon is his face, which should be of Season 1 design, a lot better than the awful CGI version in my book. Unless the face is changed to the Season 1 counterpart, I won't consider purchasing N Gauge Gordon. 00 Gauge version is a lot better.

I’m getting him for Christmas, I agreed with all your points! Can’t wait to get him on my kato track!
They should make a Spencer in n scale
When I put an N scale loop on my layout after I built it for Narrowgate engines, I’m probably gonna get him

I find it so odd they use solid wheels with fake spokes, it’s not a deal breaker for me, I think it’s interesting.
