- This was probably one of the most requested videos ever, so after a lot of time spent searching for some, I was able to find 3 creepy, supposedly true stories that took place during school lockdowns. Thank you to anyone who submitted a story.

I know in 2005 we had a lockdown because a man with a large butcher knife and stabbed a teacher I was the security guard so when I went down this hall where the 6th grade classes down the man was kicking at a door screaming I'm going to kill you all I had open fire on him and hit him turns out the teacher was his ex wife and she started to date some other man who where in a fight on social media

Tips to a lock down
1. make sure everyone is quiet
if some one is speaking, politely tap there shoulder and put a finger to your lips signalling to be quiet
2. stay calm. if anyone is crying give them a hug, even if they aren't your friend.
3. meditate.

i’ve had two school shooting scares, none of which have happened. i feel absolutely terrible that people have / had to go through this stuff. it’s so scary and i couldn’t imagine this happening. stay safe guys
I had a similar experience with a shooting scare, last year when I was in the 11th grade we were in the gym practicing for our school tradition that is called RAC. Right before lunch was abt to start I saw everyone booking it to the exits and I was abt to run to he exit also because when I see people run, I RUN. There was an actual threat the day before saying that some1 was gonna shoot the school and it was very scary because I didn’t know what was going on but in my mind I immediately thought about “shooter” when I saw everyone dashing for the exits. It was very scary
People were screaming and everything but one of the coaches told us we were ok and brought us back inside the gym

I believe in 6th grade or so our school had a soft lockdown because the gas station down the road was robbed and the gunman was on the loose. The guy who robbed the gas station was caught and arrested, thankfully no one was hurt.

This happened to me in the sixth or seventh grade. Did you go to TMS? Because I remember it was like a reward day and a bunch of students were at the movies and the rest were to stay at school and “reflect” on their “wrong doings”. My group was assigned to watch Holes, however we went into a soft lockdown because there was an active shooter near the school and a fire at the 711 gas station they were at. The school lost power and ultimately the students were free to do what they wanted to do in the school. The gunman was arrested after he got in a roll over collision on the back road by the Toyota dealership and the Home Depot off of exit 101 on I5. No one at the school was harmed, but I wonder if we were in the same school. We also had a huge alert go out once because a student brought an air soft gun to school and people thought it was real. It’s insane how many gun related lock downs I’ve been in.

This is a very short lockdown story but it still gives me chills since it was my first actual lockdown
So they were a row of houses right next to my school which was separated by a small fence anyone could just hop over.
Fortunately all the kids from the other houses were very nice and we would talk to them during lunch.
I was in class around 11am when the lockdown bell came on. The principal didnt go on the speaker but we knew it was serious.
So we hid under our desks and blocked the door with chairs. After what seemed a eternity the principal came on and said the crisis was averted
We asked the school janitor what had happened and he said this:A kid around his teens had jumped over the fence and had attacked one of the teachers outside.
Edit: if your wondering why the hell a teacher was outside, kids like skipping school a lot so some assistant teachers check the school sometimes to make sure no one has left.

i was in a lockdown once in high school, didn't hear anything since i was in a separate building but we all had to hide under desks with lights turned off and blinds drawn. people were moderately scared and a bunch of the girls were on instagram live showcasing the lockdown. it ended after a long time and apparently a suspended kid from our school was running around with a knife and banging on lockers around the halls, nobody got hurt in the end which was good

I recently had a mini “school” lockdown (I’m homeschooled but go to a church one day a week) when a drunk man was swerving around outside the gates while being chased by police and threw a gun and several bags of amo into the playground right as we’re heading out to lunch. We all assumed it was drugs until the cops began labeling him as “armed” and we saw the gun

My best friend and I were in 11th grade and had a suicidal shooter threatening to murder his wife in the house across from our classroom for around 8 hours. Right out the window you could see Fox5 news, helicopters and a swat team. Nobody knows how the situation concluded. The news never got their story, apparently. It’s like it never happened. 7 years later, I still pass that home and never see anyone in or out and never any vehicles parked in the driveway. I wonder how such a serious situation just vanished and was never brought up again.

Our school went onto lockdown for an unknown reason. Many people said it was due to someone threatening suicide, while others said it was because of a now expelled student's hitlist and that he had brought a gun. It was only half the period and I was shocked at how calm I was and how calm everyone else was.
Another situation happened in my Strength & Conditioning class. Me and a few friends got out of the locker room and waited in the field house, like we always do. This one was a drill, thank god. The teacher came on the loud speaker, and as we were playing in the mats that were in a corner waiting for the teacher, we realized that nobody else was coming. An announcement said there was a lockdown and never said there was a drill. We took it as a drill though, but still hid in the mats for the fun of it. Mainly since there's 2 rolling garage doors leading to a hallway at the far end, and 2 sets of metal doors you can't manually lock on the other side. The strength room was locked, so we would basically be dead. Everyone else was in the locker rooms and the teachers were keeping them in. We all (including the teachers) joke about this from time to time.
I miss that, it was fun. Sad they locked up the mats in cages so we can't play anymore.

One of my close friends used to always come over to spend the night on a holiday or any special day with his family. We used to always watch these type of videos which brings me a lot of memories. He still comes around often, but not as much as he used to.

As a non-American I've had only one school lockdown in my life but it will haunt me for the rest of my life. It was especially scary cause I go to a small school, like we had only 10 students in my class and less than 100 students in the whole school so micro school compared to most other countryside schools. The school was in a really small town, where literally everyone knew everyone, like if I even went out my mom could yell trough the window to come home and someone's mom near us would nudge and tell us to go home.(happened more than once while I lived there for over 7 years i still went to school there until i graduated at 16) So when one day I got to school( I was in like 4th grade)our classroom teacher told us: noone Is to leave the school, to stay away from the windows and when we were to go home we were assigned in groups(i was one out of five people who had to go with a bus, that was like a km away from the school and was right next to the highway i had much older boys assigned to take me to the bus station and they had to make sure I would be on the bus before they could go home.) The reason for this lockdown was cause a man in our town went crazy, stabbed his wife to death and beat to death his neighbor with a bat, when he came to see what all the noise was about. It was horrifying as noone knew where he was but we knew he didn't leave the town yet cause his car was still in the parking lot and the first bus to leave the town hasn't left yet. So we were waiting and hoping he would be caught by the police and taken away. He was caught by the end of the day when he tried to kill another man who saw him trying to steal a car from Infront of an apartment complex.
I quess it's not as scary as school shootings(in my country there was only 1 in all the years we have had schools)but to know there's s killer outside and noone knows where he is was terrifying for 10 year old me.

This is fucking weird my school is called TMS
Once my school went into lockdown. It all started with a normal maths lesson when this odd alarm goes off and we are all brought to the carpet. The teacher was confused too but she put on something for us. Then out of nowhere the fire alarm went off and we were lined up ready to leave the building. But then we were brought back to the carpet and the teacher locked the door. We knew something was up. We sat there for a while and then we went back to maths. Soon we had an assembly on what happened. Apparently someone was acting sus around the schools so they called the police, put us in lockdown and arrested the woman. When I arrived home I told my mum(she works at the school next to mine as a learning support worker.) about what happened. She said that she was told the woman had a crowbar and was wondering around. Then apparently her school rang our school that someone was there and then she came to our school. That was when the police were called and she was soon taken away. The woman’s mum was my mums mums friend who she knew a bit. The attacker was named lucie and she apparently broke in the other school in 2005. At that time she cut herself and wrote “bait” on a board. Once I was sitting in their swimming office and I overheard someone say something like “she came up to the door(made of glass) with a crowbar and tapped of the window with it.” Thanks for reading!

Last year we had a lockdown drill but it was so real. The drama teacher had a airsoft gun and was running through banging on doors and screaming. Everyone was uninformed except for police as they received 117 calls from the school.
He was shooting rounds into the air and got so many people frightened. After we lined up we were told it was a drill

When school is out for the Summer it's a good time to watch school lockdown stories.
A few years ago, we were having the schools anual "fun run" and i was in music class at the time this happened. But we were in them middle of watching a video about god knows what, when all of a sudden the speakers turn on and the Principal said to the whole school (in a surprisingly calm voice) that we were to go into lockdown because there was a strange man inside by the art room (which was by the music room that i was in) with what they think was a pistol in their coat pocket. So my music teacher turned off the video and lights and then locked the door, rushing us to the back corner of the room. Everyone was already super scared, but when we gun shot from the hallway, everyone freaked out and like 4 kids started crying, including me. I honestly thought i was going to die that day. About an hour later the Principal came back on the speakers saying the man got arrested, and that we could come out of lockdown. Everyone was super relieved and my best friend finally stoped crying and freaking out. But one kid got shot in the shoulder and was badly injured. Other than that everyone was fine.
Expaination for the kid who got shot: apparently he told his teacher he had to go to the bathroom before the lockdown started and just didnt go back to class. Instead he walked around the school for a bit, but then the lockdown happened and he paniced, causing him to start freaking out. He managed to climb into a locker but couldn't close it in time. The man saw him struggling to close the locker door and ran over to him, yanked him out of the locker, put the gun up to his head and told him to be quiet and if he doesnt resist, it will "hurt less". But knowing the fact that he was a kid, of course he resist. He managed to somehow escape from the mans grasp and started running down the hallway to get to a classroom to hide. But the man shot him (aiming for the head, luckily misses and instead shot the kids shoulder) before he got the chance to grpet to a classroom. The kid collapsed and the man just walked away, leaving him covered in blood. (The police found him and brought him to a hospital. And he was okay)
