Loved this video! I like the fact that when you revise, you start off with a small number of goals and when they're done, you build them up- I do exactly that and it's so helpful. 😊I also wish you the best of luck in your exams, I know you'll do great!

Do medical students have a social life at all? Because I know that the medical schools can sometimes be a bit separate from the rest of the university so like do you still get to have the quote on quote "normal" university student life or do the medical students just keep to themselves
I definitely think we have a social life! We're not as free as other courses but we definitely fit it in where we can 😊
Sick video one tip tho put your heels on the ground when benching and push through your heels trust me you’ll be benching 100kg+ in no time 😂

Hi, I’m a sixth former hoping to be accepted for foundation medicine courses however I’m also looking to GEM as I’m really passionate and want to give myself a backup plan. I’m worried that graduate entry will be much harder (content/workload) wise during first year as it’s two years in one, did you find it extremely hard?
I'm on the undergraduate course but from what I know it is quite intense and there's a big work load but not impossible! I have many friends who are managing it well

how long does it actually take to train to become a doctor? also good luck on your exams!
5-6 years undergraduate in the U.K., depending on whether you have/want to take a year out to study something else (e.g. neuroscience)
intresting12 5-6 years undergraduate including learning about your selected specialty, then 2 years junior doctor, and then 5-8 years speciality training in hospital
