- A big 'Thank you' to everyone who entered, followed and supported the #SewAprilBlouse23 challenge. There was a record number of entries, and the enthusiasm was overwhelming. I apologise in advance for the excessive use of the word 'amazing' in this video;-). What can I say, they were :-). I have listed below all the prizes and who won them. It would be lovely if you go and check out the winners' posts on instagram to read all the details, and see other photos of their blouses.
If you wouldn't mind 'Liking' the video that would be really appreciated. It all helps.
What I'm wearing.
It's a hack of the Vogue V9197 (bodice and pockets) and the Vogue V9327 (Skirt), made in a cotton velvet print that I bought about 6 years ago.
A huge Thank You to Ruan @theyorkshiresewgirl for being a fab co-host, and @northernsewlsisters394 - Ruan, Tamlyn @SewnontheTyne and Rachel @StitchedUp - for sharing their blouses made in Cloth Edit fabric. They were stunning!!! You are the best. xxx

HI Eileen! Thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot to both of us. As for the bookshelves 😆 . . . The setting is a bit of a 'needs must' due to too much noise when I'm in other locations, but I do like the backdrop. I love my books, and I'm a cookbook collector. 😍🥰

Do the blouses have to specifically be from blouse patterns? Im having to scale patterns, and so far only have dress patterns, but would like to plan for next year.
