I don't have a smoker but is there a way to do this on a Weber gas grill? I'm a novice at grilling, but I have a lot of venison in the freezer from the hunters on my farm and love pastrami...
You can follow the time and temp directions and try the oven instead. It obviously won’t be smoked but it’ll still be very tasty, I would think. Please report back and thanks for asking.
