I mean, there is always something that we keep on remember when we broke up with our love. the bloody heart is trying to forget the shiny heart with alcohol and cigarettes but the memory keep on torturing him till death.
I really like the meaning of this video ^^ and if you don't understand well basically the guy and girl breaks up but he will always have a piece of her in his heart, make sense? And he doesn't want to let her go (this is how I interpreted it)
