First heard Jukka here in the States when i bought his first solo album Tolonen on a whim in the import bin at the record store in 72, still have that album & as a young still learning guitar player i was totally blown away by his playing ,.Even though he no longer plays for health reasons he's still a huge influence on my learning curve as i began at 11 in 1967. & now I'm 66. & still playing . Still one of the most underrated musicians of his time . All his work with Wigwam & the bands he played in along with his work with Pekka is still masterclass. Would have loved to hear a collaboration with him & Pekka Rechardt that would have a guitarist dream for sure & his work with Coste Apetrea was always amazing. I miss that fine guitar work Jukka was so well know in Europe for & we all miss Pekka Pohjola & his genius. Great clip & thanks for the share ,not all of us here in the States have clogged ears. I don't play Jazz much at all but as Rock player Jukka had it all & i would share a track of my own which began in 73 but i never got around to getting it recorded till 87 , Any comments please leave them on my post . Click my green icon button or use this link . The song is an audio instrumental & called Lost Time . Again thanks for the post it was awesome !!! ruclips.net/video/RHj04fFTrZI/видео.html
Nice solo from Coste. If you check out a track like Mental Oil from his Surprisingly Heavy album, it's hard to believe the guy who made that bone crushing sledge hammer is the guy who did the acoustic duos w/ Tolonen or the player in this clip.
Oh how I miss these times
Monster Masters Musicians.
Christer Eklund! I'm blown away :o
what a line-up: Jukka, Coste, Pekka, Christer and Bill - just amazing ! ! !

Simplemente maravilloso
Exceptional line-up with Pekka Pohjola on bass instead of Ilkka Hanski, who played most of the time in this 1977-78 line-up.
very good...................................

Какав екипа,Дрим тим.
I would like to have seen Jukka Tolonen do some soloing too.
But he did solo . just not enough for us . Can't say Jukka wasn't a gracious guitar genius.
@@paullevine1813 guitar solo from 3:48 to 6:10 when Jukka and Christer joined in on theme was entirely Coste..
where is the entire show now?
