With the ballooon you could use 1 or 2 marble s and tie the end of the balloon and slide it back and forth

For the last one. If u dont have a cable tie or super glue, you can hot glue or use some strong tape to attach the band straight to the marbles. It will be less secure hut is an alternative.

Here is another cool tress toy- it also reminds me of the marble and balloon one!
Take some beads (I like using the the round ones, not pony beads) and a some elastic string, make it into a bracelet and knot it so it is a bracelet! Then twist and fold ine beads into like a knot of beads and tie is around and then you have like a cool thingy

Im here with my own, so all you need is one of them little hair brushes that have a mirror attached to them. So you wanna snap them in half and take the brush part. Next you need to push down the pricks and pull them with the bottom. Now thats done you have a fun little mini poppet ! Edit: a good idea would be to get a marble and push the bottom and it goes flying!

The 3rd fidget, if you had a longer rubber band you can use them as clackers. If yo don't know what clackers are, their 2 little balls you clack together by holding the middle of the rubber band and going up and down with your hand.
