Even though I've 100% Arkham Asylum like two or three times, it still feels like whenever I play the game that there are still mysteries to be found. What keeps me coming back is the atmosphere, scary tone, and how every building feels like a deep labyrinth. In hindsight it would've been neat to see more cameo appearances but some of the weird and obscure Batman villains stick in their cells somewhere like Rat Catcher, Maxie Zeus, Great White Shark, and Humpty Dumpty

There is one detail you forgot about...When your trying to save the 3 doctors, the automated voice can be heard telling you more about what they do the treatment areas, the automated voice then tells people about the website that they can go on to find out more details about their prices. It was so cool at the time the game out that you could in IRL go on that said website...but sadly that website no longer exists in the modern era.

You're wrong about fans looking for Warden Sharp's office. No one was looking for it because Rocksteady wasn't smart enough to know how to leave clues to it. Rocksteady broke the news after 6 months because people didn't know to look, not that they were unable to find it.

It's the Medical Facility, you literally couldn't get further from being abandoned! The reason the room we see Jason being held in looks more or less the same as the one in Asylum, isn't cuz it's there, because not being funny, if you go to that area in Asylum, it doesn't make sense for THAT to be where Joker held Jason. The reason it looks the same is because the Medical Facility is the only challenge map that was recreated from Asylum for Knight. So when it came to those cut scenes, they grabbed that map, as it is an Arkham Asylum themed one, and they simply plopped the Arkham Knight models in and bang! Saved a lot of time than building and modelling a whole new map. Plus it's from a VR game that you could HEAVILY debate the canon of. Not to mention it is a nightmare sequence XD Rock Steady didn't expect people to remember that one little corner from Asylum.
