We only do B2B as well and your chart is exactly right. I have a question for you, we have success with certain industries, the problem we have run into is that many companies don't want us working for companies in the same industry. Take "executive search" for example... How do you handle this? Do you sign NDA's with any of your clients? I feel like that is our only option. Thanks Ryan!
we don't unless the ask us to, which is rare. if they ask us to do that, we also put a heavy premium on the cost for our services to lock in exclusivity.
Thanks for the great content. The only thing I would suggest is to change that motion blur slide into something less fussy or at least a slower animation, it made me feel dizzy lol..and they also change really fast, I had to press pause on some of them. Other than that very informative.
i tell them we do outreach and leverage existing relationships. we do about 50/50 outreach and outsourcing, depending on the needs of the clients. most clients dont care, they just want results (safe results).
I love your content and considering your courses. I have a question about the videos though are they as jarring as this one with all the spiny moving all over effects? Is this a new thing cause I have not seen it before on you other videos and tbh hope it is not a new trend.
just a new format we're testing out - we had to use them here because the footage came out poor and we needed to mask it a little bit. if you have any questions the training, we can chat directly here: theblueprint.training/demo/

Solid info as always Ryan. Helps bring me back down to earth in terms of my service offerings. Do you guys do any kind of agency advising or 1 on 1 consultations? Struggling with productizing my services and pricing .
we do! not sure if you've checked out theblueprint.training but that's literally what the platform is, it's basically group consulting. you can book a time on my calendar and we can chat more about it: theblueprint.training/demo/
I could not agree more. I have been focusing on the three strategies, I was able to reduce my cost significantly. I just focus on creating kickass content for my clients, getting links from Quora, and created relevant microblogs with high-quality content. My stress & cost have reduced. SEO is pretty simple and straight forward nowadays. No more guesswork. you do the right thing and you will get results.

Outstanding information Ryan. I discovered you by accident. Thanks for sharing. But what someone is not technically inclined and what you explained is a foreign language. Then what? how to proceed? ex: I've been in health and wellness for over 20 years, and my niche was unique at that time and still is and yea been using the old method, "word of work" advertising. I've had my run those days but times have changed. How can I make my service online and generate leads, etc, given 2020 crisis we are in? I stuck till the end of your video and you lost me at your recommended option - is appealing, I didn't quite understand it. lol - anyway, newbie to SEO online life.
I was worried you were just another blabbering YT guru, but you know your stuff and deliver quality information. Great video
well thank you :)
Ryan - great job of making SEO easy to understand in 2020. Keep up the great work.
thanks Paul!

Nice video, Ryan. Do you tell clients you outsource content creation and link building, or does it not come up in conversation?

How do you determine the low hanging fruit? How do you figure out what keywords to rank the EXISTING pages for?
we have a whole process for it that we cover inside theblueprint.training. in short, we look for keywords that are in 'striking distance'
