Great tuto, very clear... thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the helpful video. I tried everything and discovered a very elegant variant:
Start right away in the Publisher, go to the Photo persona and create any text or shape there. Then open >Windows>Links. But then duplicate the object via >Layers ->Dupicate linked (i have a shortcut for that) and I can move, transform, etc. the duplicate. If I switch off parameters in the Links window of the duplicate layer - in our case layer effects - I can adjust the Gaussian Blur, if I switch off Parameters for fill I can change the colors in both layers (original and duplicate) etc.
With text, this doesn't quite work with the color yet - only after the link is broken you can add a different color to the shadow. But I can change the text at any time, also in style. And the best thing: I can continue to work in either the Designer persona or the Publisher persona.
Excuse my bad English and the mistakes in translation of the technical terms!
Thank you bro
Welcome
I shadow lots of elements, I’m also new to Affinity Des 2 - using iPad Pro , I would love to know how to copy & paste layer styles, and also how to make a layer from the layer style.
Very helpful. Thank you
