Well said! It’s nice to see religious people support LGBT folks. I’m religious and a lesbian and it always feels like I’m being told to “pick a side,” which is absolutely ridiculous. Lots of people use religion as an excuse to hate LGBT people or being LGBT as an excuse to hate religious people, and that’s not how it works! Like you said, we all have to treat each other with respect.

religious people who discriminate against queers bc "the bible says so" never actually follow the bible fully, they pick and choose what is "outdated" and what isnt. they only say theres room for interpretation when its convenient for them, and the second someone wants to interpret what they see as calling gay people sinners differently its a temper tantrum that they understand the bible more than everyone else.

I hate when people say "they would kill queer people in Palestine, why do you even care?". They don't care what we are or identify as, all that matters is that we're humans caring for other humans who are trying to survive a genocide & protect their families.
So of course I'm going to care, there's lives being lost every minute to this genocide & all they ask is for help. -a queer person

I do not want or need those people in my life. I am so sorry there is such sick ignorance in the world and I am sorry you have to affected by it.
You are such a good and loving person. Upsets me greatly.

Amazing message. The only thing I have to say is being LGBT isn’t a choice. It’s not a way that we choose to live our lives. It is something that we are born as now the expression of how we show that whether someone might be more flamboyant or quieter, depending upon the person is a choice by the person, but being gay or being trans or so on is not a lifestyle choice.

Thank you for saying this, it honestly means a lot to me. I'm lgbtq, and a lot of people can tell by looking at me because of the way I dress and the way my body is, so sometimes I worry how people will react. I will never judge someone for who they are, and I don't want to be judged for who I am. We're all just people, trying to survive and to live our lives in whatever way feels right to us. I love and support all my muslim siblings. Free Palestine 🍉🍉

While only Allah can judge your immortal soul, it's quite a different thing as far as the law of the land. Usually people part of this community (from one end of the spectrum to the other) can find themselves in a shitload of earthly trouble if they are too loud in being gay, lesbian, queer and....., in a Muslim majority country.

Well said fr , religious people and especially Muslims are the first People that should support LGBTQ community's humans right according to our religion , but it's unfortunate that bigotry and misunderstanding of religion is everywhere and it's hurting the good people on both ends , and people like to pick sides cause it's the easiest choice , like the easiest choice was ever the right choice , one of the few rules that i believe apply to all is that humans are humans until they dehumanise others , and since the LGBTQ community has a majority of kind people like all communities then they deserve the world

Mimo, this touched me personally as a queer person who has been a fan of yours since I discovered your videos over a year ago. I found your videos so charming and warm and adore your sense of humor. It's the Sponegbob references for me! Then you informed us what was REALLY happening in Gaza right away and I just feel so attached to you, and Motaz and many others I've never met and am certainly not the only one that knows the truth because of you. People try to convince LGBTQ supporters of Palestine 🇵🇸 that we should not care what happens because "they wouldn't like you over there." No one is going to tell me NOT to care about someone. I didn't have to know that you felt this way to love and support your channel as a queer person, before all this. And I don't need a reason to care about Palestinians. Its madness. NO HUMAN ever deserves what is happening. This video to me is more than a kind gesture. It is a necessity. We must all support each other in the right to be alive and have autonomy. I can't express my love and gratitude enough, Mimo! ❤❤❤
