i'm more surprise that the whole enemy team has not have one guy trying to hunt the rampaging corvette. For me, the first thing i'll do in a match is check on the number of enemy corvettes and keep tabs on them all.
Reeeeally nice :p i started to play Dreadnought only 1 week ago, but really began to play 2 or 3 days ago. I'm only lvl 4, but ik i'm gonna main corvets X) like on every games, it's the glass canon combined with speed that attracts me, and here it's perfect. So thx for this video, cause it makes me even more sure of my choice ^^
did they change something about the corvettes dmg? ... because with my Tier II corvette I can't kill other Tier II w/e with in 2 seconds, like you do in this video :/ ... If you know any changes that increased "time to kill" let me know.
Oh yeah this video is a bit older, there have been several updates to the game since then. At the time during which this was recorded, there was no "Tier System" in place so all ships were even level (basically everything was Tier 4). In the current build of the game, however, you can still easily do this in a Tier 3/Tier 4 corvette if you are running either blast pulse, assault blink warp, or weapon amplifier to boost your damage output. Hope this helps :)
wow, the physics and graphics look great, but, still, I cannot play this game. I prefer smaller and more maneuverable/agile ships. If the devs introduced them into Dreadnoughts, I might think about leaving Star Conflcit. Truly, this is the the most promising space shooter I have seen, but it is only second after Star Conflict.
i am afraid u might not gonna see that, like the corvette he is using here is the smallest class available and the fastest and most agile too the game basically revolves around capital ship combat, not small craft so the smallest vessel available (the corvette here) is still gigantic compared to the fighters, bombers, other small craft, and iirc the developer already stated that their intention is precisely that... ie: to capture the capital ship duel feel we see in science fiction using a more naval combat feel like...
