Momos Ingredient:
• Cabbage : 1 Small (grated)
• Ginger - 2 inch piece (grated)
• Green Chili - 1 (chopped)
• Onion - 1 large(chopped)
• Carrot - 1 small (grated)
• Salt & Pepper - to season
• Oil - 1 tsp
• Maida / Flour - 1 cup
• Salt - to season
• Oil - 1 tsp
• Water - as req.
