Momos Ingredient:
• Cabbage : 1 Small (grated)
• Ginger - 2 inch piece (grated)
• Green Chili - 1 (chopped)
• Onion - 1 large(chopped)
• Carrot - 1 small (grated)
• Salt & Pepper - to season
• Oil - 1 tsp
• Maida / Flour - 1 cup
• Salt - to season
• Oil - 1 tsp
• Water - as req.

This was a very well explained recipe video. Moreover, I have some questions.
1. Why does momos turns chewy and how to avoid that?
2. If 12-15 minutes of cooking is just the right amount of time span or else it turns chewy when over cooked then how do the street vendors maintains to keep it soft and moist for hours while still on flame?
3. And how to avoid momos from sticking with each other? ( how do street vendors keep all the momos together one over the other without letting it stick?)
4. What is the right way of making momos dough (a) flour+salt+baking powder+oil+lukewarm water or (b) flour+salt+oil+cold water?
