@@DanielCastillo-ru2zh In the early 1980s, worked at Monsanto plastic and resins in Iowa. The plant produced 3 types of ABS plastic and blended them as needed to get the desired properties for each customer. One of the versions came out of the reactor very similar to latex paint. It would coagulate and coat everything up if there was much shear as it flowed, so we couldn't use normal pumps. This type of pump has very low shear and turbulence, so it's perfect for the job. It is also used to pump fruits, for example strawberries without crushing them. The supplier was moyno or something like that.
Thanks for the video. This type was actually the very first pump that I purchased as an engineering beginner, around 1980.
