Set the api before install the taxi plugin, and when you sign up for google api, the install lot of api you probably dont need, follow his instructions and use the 5 he mentioned. I had error too, i deleted the app and the api and started from the scratch.

This tutorial is only for a single taxi company. If you want to turn this into a marketplace this will require custom coding as this is not part of the available features
It's because you're using an email that doesn't belong to the domain name on which you're building your website. In this case install this plugin: WP Mail SMTP
