This album is very unique really. But if you want something similar, I suggest: The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble- Here Be Dragons Future Sound Of London- Dead Cities Massive Attack- Mezzanine Bohren & Der Club Of Gore- Sunset Mission
I'd say it's a mix of late 90's trip hop and big beat. Fluke's Risotto and Portishead's self-titled album are also in this vein. Paatos' Timeloss and Kallocain also go for some similar things, though lean a bit more towards 70's progressive rock than jazz and soul. Orbital was a pretty uneven band, but their albums In-Sides and Diversions (especially the songs P.E.T.R.O.L. and Impact USA: The Earth Is Burning) have some of these vibes too. Some of DJ Shadow's stuff isn't too far off either. Oh right, almost forgot - Test Department's Tactics for Evolution and Totality.
