And yes, that can boil down to sending specific officers to handle the 'problem' -- officers who have been specifically been trained to do the right thing while not making the department look bad on camera. That may not constitute a 'unit'. But it does constitute a procedure that is easy enough to implement without much trouble. There's also the possibility that the preferred more specifically-trained cops could be tied up on another call, and the more uneducated cops get sent.

When I was 17, and was with some friends, we got in some minor trouble with some small town police, that ended in no charges. But those cops became mentors to us for years to come, and I cherish those memories. The cops in this vid treat you guys as friends similar to the cops that befriended me and mine in our youth. Props guys, as some of us know.. there are good cops out there.
