I have fly with zoom airlines 12 times in my life and they make a very good job for the price. The service was always professional with all the pasengers. IT'S VERY SIMPLE!: if you want good food fly with company like Air France, Air Canada, Swiss. If you want to save A LOT of money go with Zoom! I fly about 15 times in a year and I HIGHLY recommend Zoom Airlines!
