piss in bottel (lucazade bots are best big opening) and if you want a dump then climb down - this ones only a small one - but a tall one youll want a plastic bag and lots of newspaper but really you never need to do a dump as youll get into a routeen of going to to toilet beffor you go up

because we can. lol. By the time the safety supervisor or anyone climbs all the way up there, he'll be compliant. I do it all the time.
