ED & CBI should hold or collect inputs or competency before arrest. Petitioners should be punished if there are no merits in the case or outcome and subsequently a defamation case to be filed. Respondent wasted his rights to live in the Jail and even faced severe health issues. How can it be compensated to the sufferers.
Why it takes so long?other side so many of them r suffering with many issues in the absance of CM. Don't know what's happpening
