Shelter is coming along pretty good, I think you're on the right track with a trough to funnel rain water away from the hole. Those cheddar brats are the best! Up here in VA, I like to put chili and shaw on hot dogs and brats, or sometimes mustard and onions. Never would've thought to combine slaw and mustard. I usually boil mine in beer then just brown them up on the grill, might have to try the oven, that looked like it worked pretty well. Good luck with the allergies bud, I've had em since I was like 7 so I feel your pain...
