thanks for this !
Absolute pleasure, what else would you like to see?
shoulders active (pulling racquet) or passive (following racquet)?? ... good video
Thanks. I like to try and keep the shoulders as parallel to the side during my swing. I feel this happens well when I limit the follow through and point it towards the target. It's when the follow through pulls across my body and my shoulders, chest and head are all facing the front wall too early. This pulls the ball loose. You also do not want to be too rigid with he shoulders however and it's allowing some flex and movement there but on the whole KEEP SIDE ON
Puuuuuuh, it's one of the toughest Things to correct your swing as an Amateur Player. 😢
Agree, and got to start somewhere?
Love your videos Jesse! By far the best on RUclips. Really enjoy how you break things down technically. Look forward to trying to implement some of these tips into my own game. Cheers Sean
This RUclips channel is one of the best. Love your analysis and try to implement your ideas on the squash swing. Thanks so much for making these vids!!
