She always had her eyes on Universe even in MN 2019 and now Universe has opened the door for Sophiya Bhujel.

Congratulations Sophiya! In my opinion, she was the best groomed and most experienced before entering the competition and is deserving of the crown. I liked her playfulness during the preliminarily interview and the show, she came off calm and collected which is very important on the universe stage. I like her advocacy topic however previous title holders (MUN and MN) have talked about period poverty so I wanna see how Sophiya makes her advocacy different from others. Also her walk needs a little more PIZAZZ! I know that this will come together with time since she seems to be dedicated to Miss Universe and because of this we all are rooting for you, Sophiya!
I was happy with the top 3, it was definitely a tough competition. I think that Bipana has a future in presenting/hosting, there is something better waiting for her outside of this competition, I can just feel it. I loved the support that her family gave her, it was really heartening to see. Upwards and onwards Bipana! Ashma was very great as well, she had a unique advocacy and I liked that about her. I think she should come back, slightly more polished with her answers and I can see her winning. All the other contestants were great as well! It takes a lot of guts to put yourself out there and open yourself up to public opinion so they should be very proud of themselves. I hope to see them come back even stronger in the upcoming years.
With that being said, the show this year was not it! The choreography was not up to par, the constant waiting for people backstage, the mishap with announcing the top 10 too early, the guests not putting on the sashes correctly etc... It was disappointing! I was really hoping for something better especially because MN leveled up their show this year. I understand that it is difficult to put on a show like this but MUN 2020 was done soooo well and I can't help but wonder what went wrong. But I am putting my faith into next year's show and hope it comes back with a BANG!
Sophia is better now than she was in miss Nepal but she still looks and answers average .Bipana was the best with answers ,showed a good presence of mind and consistent performance just like in the interview round but yeah not the face and body we Wud wanna walk on miss universe stage representing Nepal . Ashma was a big disappointment in the finale .she has good height and body and face is good as well but she was so promising in interview round .how come her English was sounded so bad during finale ? Were her answers during interview round prepared beforehand ? It seemed like a different person from whom we saw during interview . The transgender girl whose name I forgot was brilliant during interview . Her looks need to be softened a bit . She def ruined her top 10 question answer and we cud see she realised it herself right after she answered the question .had she answered it well I Wud have loved to see her in top 3 along with Sophia and bipana . Bipana handsdown was the standout in terms of brains in the finale .nobody rly answered any of the questions well and she was nailing every question.however gotta admit the top 5 have all watched the winning answer of sushmita sen in miss universe .all were asked “best aspect of a woman “ yet all kept saying the word “ essence “ of being a woman

Answers matrai sunne ho bhane bipana le nai jitna parne ho .but then she is short and lacks the bold persona . Very good brain though .Sophia bhujel is lot better than during her stint at miss Nepal ,she answers better now yet i don’t see her reaching that far in miss universe .She will dress well ,walk well after months of training but I doubt she will ace the interview round . Intelligence is something that will come naturally ,she can answer but that perhaps same sex marriage being made legal Wud have been a better answer than marijauna being made legal
I bet all the girls there had seen the winning answer by sushmita sen in miss universe 1995 .all were asked what is the best “aspect “ of a woman and all answered “ essence” of being a woman .
But one this I Wud like to point out is I see majority of the contestants ,just like in any other Nepali pageants are not versed in English yet they choose to answer in English instead of Nepali .whyyy? I won’t who has put in that idea in their head that answering in English gives u better chance at winning . If u aren’t fluent in English or ur ideas don’t flow fluently in English better just answer in Nepali and I’m sure u will just be able to answer the questions better .why shy away from speaking Nepali when the title itself clearly says miss NEPAL universe and u can even get an interpreter on miss universe stage
I cringed so hard at that dude's "performance" 😆 he wasnt even trying to lip sync and just looked like a little punk playing around. The choreography and the show was quite messy. But sujita basnet was the true highlight who saved the falling crown by securing it with her own bobby pins. 👏 👏.

1. Speaking skills and presentation skills- please present your strong idea with confidence. You lack lots of confidence while speaking.
2. You need to improve your walk. Your walk seems very lame, which will affect you in MU stage.
Hope you’ll work hard on these things in your training periods. Hope you leave the remark of Nepal like Manita and anshika did

Nagma, I seriously believed in you that you will change the face of beauty pageant but such a humongous disappointment. What is the difference between your organization and miss Nepal? The very first year I was sad (undeserving Candi) and understood your game plan. Second year I was happy and felt fair enough but now I feel am being fooled this year. And you literally did.
