That's crazy because everything I've tried to propagate has been successful. Graptopatelum Ghost, echeveria, sedum, opalina, all from leaves and a lot from cuttings.. set them on a plate of dirt and don't water for 5 days and then mist once a day. It will work inside or outside if it's not below freezing.

How old was the plant at that point? How many years does it take to grow that big?
I have a purple one, with only handful of fat leaves. I almost cried, using 2 fat leaves to propagate. And I kiss the leaves 🤣.
