Can I just tell you guys that hearing about your physical stress symptoms makes me feel sooooo much better? I’ve been having similar ones for about a year and my doctor basically thinks I’m a neurotic mess. 😭 They’ve gotten better but it’s always nice to know I’m not the only one.

I actually discovered your channel and videos about two years ago while I was going through a period of severe anxiety and hypochondria (due to a side effect from a medication i was on which i didn't know about at the time). I was having panic attacks all the time and your videos were honestly the only thing that helped me during that time. I would watch them and immediately calm down
I find a lot of calm/relaxation from a few youtubers as well so I totally relate! -t

Yeah I decided not to do any glass ornaments this year. I just don't want them to fall and break and my doggos get hurt.

A trick I did when my cat was a kitten...I put the tree up bare for about 2-3 weeks prior and let him explore. Once I was ready to decorate he was over it.
Anxiety is something I deal with pretty often and let me tell you i hate it, but! There is a but, every day and situation I get better at handling it.
There are definitely ups and downs with it. It's not as scary as when we first started experiencing it but new symptoms can always be scary.

I've had my tree up and decorated for a few weeks now and I have no shame lol. Also weird thing you mentioned the tongue twitch, my eyelid has been twitching on and off for a few weeks and I'm wondering if mine has been from stress too.
Mine went up mid November but then a lot happened and I put it off lol.
I’m obsessed with both those tree toppers. My tree has been up since November 2nd I always put it up after Halloween.

you might be able to superglue the clips back on to the extensions! i dint that with one of mine and it worked, you just have to be careful to not get it in the hair or its a pain in the butt!

TeeAndEss also 😂 if you get a cheap clarifying shampoo you might be able to strip some of the color in the extensions so they match better! then just massage a little hair oil on them because they’ll be a little dry

I am a high school teacher and one year around finals I started to feel like my skin was crawling or like I had bugs all over me. It subsided after a while, thank heavens! I do get the eye twitch quite often though. I totally get it, and I hate it!!!!
Skin crawly feelings and twitches are the worst. Super scary! I once had an eye twitch for over a month. This tongue twitch thing has been about two months now.

I don’t celebrate Christmas so I’m curious, what happens when you’re given ornaments as gifts that don’t match your specific tree color theme? It seems like ornaments are gifted often? Or maybe I’m wrong. Lol
I haven't really received a lot of ornaments as gifts and tbh mine are mostly from big lots lol so I don't have a huge investment in them. They do have special ornament hangers for displaying sentimental or special ornaments so that's an idea.
