I have d1 saturn rahu moon conjunction in the 2nd, saturn at 29° rahu at 6° moon at 8° and i have anxiety disorder, had depression in teenage, eating disorder, insomnia and i struggle alot mentally but as you mentioned meditation and yoga even gym is the best meditation for it. And ketu in my 8th makes me highly intuitive, i do tarot and astrology, studied psychology, now studying law. Im an artist also. I love spicy food which is usually the reason for my intestinal infections.
