I don't get it why need to shave eyebrows, we girls should love our natural eyebrows. Personally I am a person who's not lucky to have good eyebrows so I do put effort just for my eyebrows to grow by applying fresh aloe vera ,so far it grows a lil bit. Although I am a girl who doesn't know much about make up since I am just simple, I once ask for help on someone to do my make up and unfortunately she shaved my eyebrows that almost gone and after knowing it when I finally removed my make up I regret. Since it took me so much effort to grow my eyebrows, as for me natural eyebrows is much better than drawing eyebrows therefore, we should give importance to it, appreciate our natural beauty, we can enhance our appearance by applying make ups but we must cherish our natural beauty by not destroying it, just my opinion.

It's a normal technique for people with small eyes. Some people have almost no lid space when their eyes are open, so they need to do that, otherwise it will look like their whole lid is painted black.
