  • No, it's not a typo. Metro's "Micro" rideshare service, which offers rides in LA County for $1, is seeing more demand as gas prices continue to increase.

Wish the metro micro zone is in Sylmar San Fernando Metrolink Station from CSUN as it takes an hour with two busses to ride so class done at like 8 pm but no way to get to train station early enough for the 8:16 PM train even if I were to leave class early.

Unfortunately the app doesn’t work well, even if you select the area where they service, the app says it’s unable to provide transportation 🤦‍♀️. Hopefully they work out the glitches.

It's not a glitch. Depending on where you are it could be because there are few units available in your area or your destination doesn't fit with the unit routes. I also encounter this issue when ordering Metro Micro. Fastest time for me to wait for the Micro to picked me up was 3,5 hours 😢

Fleet is too small and the drivers are somewhat unmotivated at their job due to them being paid not by the amount of passengers that they took. Wished LA County MTA would take control of the Metro Micro from private operators and paid the driver salaries like regular bus driver to improve the service and increase ridership
