    2:40 What happens when the seller rejects the offer? Then the negotiation continues and another offer is made? And if all else fails, proceed to offer for another unit?

      If the offer is rejected, the Seller might make a counter off or you can also make a counter offer. If you are working with an agent, he/she would potentially be experienced enough to share with you an offer strategy with the highest chances of the offer being accepted based on data and research ◡̈

Based on general rules and advice, technically, if you have enough financing ability to pay for your next HDB and don't need the money that is currently in your current home to pay down the next month, you can p[urchase before you sell.
