You should not cook in aluminum foil. There are many studies showing how much aluminum is released. Here is one study. You can use parchment paper. You can google this and get more information. So, I can't see anything wrong with his brain, according to this and many other recent presentations he's given. A KETO dieter makes these claims: Just had my first meal of the day. 6 eggs and 8 slices of thick cut bacon. 20 minutes later 0.5 mmol/l Ketone reading using Keto Mojo Blood test, and zero on urine test taken 30 seconds later. This is what happens once one becomes fat adapted. Excess ketones are being used now as the primary fuel source. Efficiency is realized and wasted ketone are minimized.
I was getting arthritis so bad that I thought I would be using a cane in less then a year. The medical system and chiropractors did not help, and so I changed to the PBWF diet, and it took about 3 years to get rid of all arthritis symptoms.

Yesterday I saw a short moment of "Dr. Josh Axe's (chiropractor) infomercial for KETO on PBS. He even claims to sell both vegetarian and would you believe, "vegan" versions of his KETO diet. He's a great salesman but lacks scientific understanding and ethics. Congratulations on your arthritis cure using whole food, plant-based.
