I think we need a few more shots of that watch. Apparently, the watch makes the rest of this somehow OK. So I think that the whole video should have been shot with the watch in the center of the frame, at all times, with everything else moving around it. Maybe then, we wouldn't have noticed the bad plastic surgery, the overmedication of one of the interviewees, the iffy maintenance of the house, and a few other unfortunate things.

Obviously, these two are struggling through life. She appears to be medicated on anti-depressants, and he has a damaged nervous system from drug use and trauma, yet they maintain their bourgeois lifestyle, and perhaps trying to stay relevant is part of their stress. I think they would be better off living a normal life instead of trying to live up to their famous name. Money and fame don't buy happiness or contentment. If they were not born into fame and fortune, they would be Jane and Joe average. Instead, thanks to their name and money, Hollywood and the fashion world keep them afloat with attention.
