Actually both novels are from the same author. I did read online that both dramas were related, but didn't see what's the relation as both have different history and characters, however thank you for telling what's the actual relation between both dramas.
I've read and watched A Love So Beautiful many times and the 3 main characters here were often mentioned in the novel, Gu Wei Yi and Si Tu Mo were actually married in the novel 😊
