Keumjo is pretty much the last minute member. Park Hi and Eunice would have debuted either Jewelry or 9Muses but Park Hi left for acting career and Eunice left because she wasn't chosen for 9Muses and Jewelry disbanded

They both left to get more experience. They returned when they had gotten that experience and when the agency needed member to replace Rana and Bini.
