Support Malcolm's Artistic Mission in Africa

Hi my name is Malcolm McCrae also known as the Airbrush Assassin. In 2022 I was motivated to make a change in my life. I’ve been a full time entrepreneur and artist for over 30 years. I’ve traveled the United States selling my art and sharing my love of airbrushing and urban art with thousands of k-12 students and educators. But after covid I felt tired and burned out. During my years of traveling I started to network with artists in Africa. I learned a lot from these artists and we became friends. In the summer of 2023 I was invited to Senegal, West Africa to conduct an airbrush and entrepreneurial training for over 20 students. I self funded the trip, paying for my own travel. I purchased as many art materials that I could afford. Of course it wasn’t enough. We had one airbrush station that each student had to share. It was a success. The trip was amazing but there was a problem. While conducting the workshop each student approached me asking if I could arrange for more supplies and materials. The artists made it clear that they need quality materials to create quality art and there is a lack of these materials in Senegal and across Africa. I felt compelled to help. I asked the artists for a list of equipment needed for their work. The vision became evident that I must use my influence to help artists in Africa. I’m planning my next trip in the fall of 2024. My goal is to pack as many materials that I can afford on a shipping container to Senegal. The voyage will take up to 45 days at sea to arrive.
