I believe this is a true story. I remember watching a clip on RUclips, where a Hmong male criminal was taken to the scene. The Laos officers ask the criminal to use a dummy to demonstrate of how he kill the victim. A lot Hmong ppl in the village came out and watch the demonstration. I was surprised! I didn’t think they would actually take the criminal to demonstrate it. Seems like a torture to the criminal. Lol But hey, don’t kill someone if you aren’t ready for consequences!
