Hi, inspired by your video i'm going to make one for myself. I have one issue - i can not find the proper resistance band. Could you give more details about it? I will be grateful 😉
Hahah cool! :) It's just one of those bands that a lot of people use to warm up their shoulders with (like this one; 5.imimg.com/data5/ND/QC/FX/SELLER-17003229/toning-tube-resistance-band-500x500.jpg), I put a few amazon links in the description of similar bands, but I'm sure you should be able to get them in sports stores and similar! What country are you in? :)
I'm from Poland 😉 I searched for resistant bands with exact same type of handles (type of handle-to-band attachment) and exact same level of resistance.. and it's not that easy to find them. Tomorrow i'm gonna buy 3 sticks 180cm each (it will give 540cm total) and i'm gonna think about the way to connect them. Just to seperate them each time and transport it 😀
@@LearnBeachVolleyballFast one more issue: What diameter should be the stick? As i can see it is profiled as a square, but i'm curious about the lengths of its sides :) I don't want to buy too thick or too slim stick
@@rafax.3141 Hahah the 3 part model is something i'd love to see! :) I've built this solution twice, once with wood that was 45mm times 45mm, and once with wood that i think was 48mm times 32mm or something like that. You want it as light as possible but still strong enough! :)
@@LearnBeachVolleyballFast yesterday i collected 6 x 1meter sticks 45x45mm (will be easier to transport) with bolts and connectors. Now i only need to visit carpenter to drill it properly 😀 I also collected the resistance band (1,60m long). The handle can be moved from one to another side so it's exactly same mechanism as yours 😉 What it's left to do: - visit carpenter to drill holes for bolts - buy belts to attach Big thank You for the inspiration bro! Can't wait to make it done 😀
Hello! You want to build the actual sand court or just the "fishing pole that holds the ball"? :) Sand is usually super expensive, other than that you can make things happen somewhat cheaply if you want. Just need a cheap net, some wooden/metal/plastic sticks/poles and some rope basically. For the fishing pole, the most expensive thing would be either the rubber band or the stick, depending on where you buy stuff and what quality you want.
Yup I'm sure you could! If you used like a 1 inch plastic pipe there could be a chance it would be so flimsy it would bend and break when you hit a hard hit, or bend so that it's difficult to get the ball to hang high enough, but other than that I can't see any problems with it! :)
I like you when teaching You are a very good person. You smile all the time Makes wanting to learn beach volleyball love you
Thank you, so fun to hear! Hope the videos help! :)
