For once, I love that Vogue didn’t overly filter this video. So many of them look so overly perfect and flawless, it gives the wrong idea to people. Here you can actually see some of Selena’s “flaws” and that these celebrities are just regular humans like the rest of us. I’m so excited to try this makeup line! I love the message it sells. I lost a friend to lupus this year she waited on a kidney that never came . She fought it for 3 years. People dont realize how much damage the disease does and how lucky Selena got in having a friend like Francia.
Most people dont have that outcome and I'm glad she is raising awareness. Her life is the most beautiful thing about her .

When I see your hands shaking u inspire me I am 15 and I have been through a lot and my hands shake a lot like that. Sometimes I cry because I feel that I am worthless cuz of my really shaky hands but u truly inspire me and motivate me to keep going forward and to never look back

I freaking LOVE that her makeup isn’t ‘perfect’ when blending her eyeshadow or making a perfect symmetrical line with her cat eye. She is applying it the way she likes it and loves it that way. That’s what I think makeup is. Not following any rules or techniques to look ‘perfect’, as long as you feel comfortable and beautiful that’s ok :) I love Sel, the message she ‘s sending is powerful and makes me feel empowered at the end of the day :) lovely makeup btw. I struggle with acne & very sensitive to most makeup products, it was a challenge matching myself with the right foundation & not until she came out with her brand did I finally find a foundation suitable for my skin and love the lightweight feel and coverage which makes foundation look quite natural & not look so heavy. I am confident I'll love the rest of her products, being that they all seem on the natural side. Definitely, rather let heavy makeup wear go, I'd be excited if she made skincare products.

Just FYI her packaging has the spheres on top of it for people with arthritis (like her) where it’s easier for people with disabilities to open using their palm instead of fingers due to arthritis or hand tremors. This was important to her due to her illness. I just am in awe of her as a person.
