Hello when connecting my C7 it is always on night mode and needed to change manually how can I put on automatic? In setting only option Automatic what I choose and night mode. I make the changes clicking on top of the screen on the moon or sun sign.
C7 day and night mode should be changed manually. C7 II will be atomically.
Can you tell me if the ball on the back of the bracket is removable so the bracket can be directly mounted by screws?
The ball mount is fixed by screws. You can remove them. We have two options, handlebar RAM mount and tube mount. Please check our page store.ricoel.com/product/carplay-motorcycle-c7-ii/
