the frames live at witness 2001 5/8 - star star

'star star' was one of those songs that became really important in frames live sets around this time because you never knew what was going to happen but you always knew something was going to happen. it was a song that allowed the theatrics to emerge and run free. this version includes a cameo from ronan leonard who had been a regular during 'star star' around then but the tour de force as always was joe's turn to sing 'two little boys' (originally a rolf harris song!).

yeah i was there and fortunate to be at the acoustic session in the little tent after and they got dave kitts bro up again to sing amazing band always blow every band out of the water when they do it live!!!

what an incredible band. . . I discovered them in central park opening for the new pornographers. glen was doing a rain dance because it was so fucking hot- when the rain finally came it was a miracle, and they rocked their set, blew the headliners out of the water- I had to know who they were, now, one of my favorite bands
