D C I think you’re taking level criticism way too seriously. This level is much worse than the original. The original actually made good use of the game’s mechanics, and was at a fair difficulty. This one however, is not like that. It seems to just use random elements from the first version. Plus, in the original, all of the puzzle/boss sections weren’t autoscrollers. Also, these sections actually had some depth to them, since you could actually see how you were destroying the robot from the inside, since you could actually that you were destroying the feet and core of the robot. Here, you just go through a hallway with some Monty Moles, and then the legs just magically come off. Then, there’s some dumb section, where you have to kill all of the enemies on top of bowser before the screen scrolls all the way to the left and makes it impossible. The original actually let you take your time with the boss fight. Also, the remake of the original boss in this level is just the same boss, except it’s way easier. But don’t think that by criticizing the level, we’re criticizing the creator. The level does not define them.

Watching you try to defeat bowser with the shell was the most annoying thing I've ever seen. From the start I knew to use the red shell against him instead of kicking it over and over again.
This person who made this clearly didn't understand that they need to center stuff with a Spike Top and Lava Bubble, and he doesn't know having small and little to no enemies in a phase of the fight makes it so bad. This had got to be the worst rip off ever

This is an atrocious "sequel" to an otherwise awesome level!!! It felt like no effort was put into it and it was only made to milk the Mecha Bowzilla concept till it was dry!! This felt soulless in a way that feels like the creator of this crapheap of a stage wanted to make a Bowzilla level, but didn't understand what made that level so great! The concept of Bowzilla is pretty cool on its own, but you need to add some cooler stuff to make the level more interesting....AND NOT BORING!!!!! It almost felt like this creator didn't even care about the level itself and just wanted to show Mecha Bowzilla itself without actually putting in effort to make something spectacular. My advice for makers that steal others ideas........ Don't halfass the idea! Put in effort! Add something new! Don't leave the level looking dead or lifeless. Add some decorative elements to make it interesting. And Especially.... DO NOT PUNISH OR TROLL THE PLAYER FOR SOMETHING THEY HAD NO CONTROL OF!!! It's not fun and is just plain cruel. Make sure to also do your research. Don't just make the level if you don't know why it was so great. Examine the pros and cons of the stage and use it as inspiration for yours. Find things you can improve on. Find things that may be good ideas to write down. Find ways for the player not to CHEESE the stage. Add something new to the original idea and use it in your stage. I have some experience with SMM and it's sequel and these are things I've learned throughout my journey of creating courses to play. I hope my comment is helpful for people that are trying to make some fun levels with the game. However, if you disagree with this comment, That's fine and I can respect your opinion.
