I have had the intro to this song stuck in my head for a while now, but I had completely forgotten everything about the song. I literally spent an hour looking through years of my RUclips history to find it.
I watched the band "Scary kids scaring kids" tonight at the whisky in Hollywood and they said this band inspired them, but was also playing down the street at the Roxy. Listening for the first time now.
This has to be the best music video of our generation. Was thinking about it today and realized i could see every scene in my head even without seeing in 12 years and psyched to rewatch it tonight.
I listened to this a lot bk in 06 not realizing I was in the best part of my life. Now 29 an more lonely than I’ve ever been no more friends no one to talk to.Hits hard, I wish it did get better an it’s not worth it an it feels like a curse.
I was thinking "is the coronavirus pandemic getting better or worse?" Then this song popped into my head! I remember this from when I was probably 14. The song and video make me sad!😭
Been a fan since the first album..got to see them a few times...also a massive fan of coalesce(Mr. Dewees was their drummer early on)...at times reggie seems like a gimmick and then all of a sudden a timeless masterpiece of emotion pops up in between the fun. Forever grateful for Reggie.
I have been searching for this video for years!! I saw it on Fuse back in the day and it stuck with me but I could never remember the name of the song and watching it in 2019 is a huge throwback!!!! I’m tearing up, I miss early 2000s music so much
I'm so happy seeing all the recent comments on this old gem ♡ I know exactly how you feel, and I'm so happy you found it after all those years! Cheers luv :3
Been listening to Reggie since highschool. I graduated highschool in 98. Reggie was a huge part of my life. I used to listen to them with my youngest brother who passed away in 2019. Think about him every day. RIP Lamie J. Jizzjam.
Holy shit I listened to so many bands when I was a kid I forgot half of them. This popped up on a Spotify Playlist and unlocked so many memories. It makes me kinda sad being 30 I keep thinking 2005 was 5 years ago.. not 15
I feel your comment man. I am actually still pretty close friends with one of my friends from my childhood. We grew up down the street from each other and summer vacations consisted of video games, skateboarding, and watching fuse. If he and I ever catch up usually it brings up some crazy nostalgia. Somehow we were talking about Reggie and the Full Effects and it led me looking them up. I feel old. Kinda crazy where time goes.
@@SurgStriker the pandemic happened because no one bothered to give the Loch Ness monster tree fiddy and he slowly starved to death and died, now we pay the price for not donating $3.50 to that poor giant crustacean from the paleolithic era
Omg I've been looking for this for years. This has so much significance to me right now. It's encompassing everything I've been trying to say to someone lol Aww this takes me back
Liz ard I know, I know... but honestly, with the strengthened internet culture and music platform, I see how Fuse died and became whatever joke of a channel it is today
I know what you're saying. Back in 05' Fuse had an unground rock show where they played "Reggie & The Full Effect", "Underoath", "Senses Fail" "Atreyu", "Avenged Sevenfold" etc..
Listen to this song while doing something intense like snow boarding or down hill mountain biking it pumps you up like no other. First heard this song when saints row came out.
Randomly saw this come up in a playlist and it's giving me flashbacks to grinding out Saints Row 1 and jamming to this song. What an absolute classic after all these years!
I just found this song a couple of days ago . This is by far one of the most intensely emotional songs I’ve heard in my life. The pain and grievance of ending a tormented relationship. The fights , the egotistical behaviors, the doubts if it was ever worth it . The blend of feelings inside you all crashing at the same time. The judgment of others around you seeing you like monster . Losing everything you thought it was yours and finally feeling dazed and confused not knowing what to do next seeking refuge in pleasures . All those things expressed in what seems to be a childish and stupid video . Just incredible!
Heard this over the radio one time and only one time. So glad I got into it. I live in Illinois and I'm never able to hear this type of stuff. I'm back after 7 years to say this.
Can we talk about what a creative genius he is? "Is it getting better? Is it getting worse? Was it ever worth it? Was it just a curse?" Just four lines, but those four lines will punch you in the feel box, and they're not just applicable to relationships or marriage.
Never heard this song until this year but man did it somehow give me nostalgia. I look at the comments and see that I'm feeling all your second hand nostalgia. Maybe i heard it in passing in game like the Sims or something
its crazy how some music can still be so good. there are some bands that were obviously very good for their time and genre, reggie in the full effect being a prime example
I kept hearing about this music video for the longest time but was never able to actually find it. This was better than I imagined. Thanks for posting this.

this whole album was written after his divorce so you hear some of the anger in some of his songs. After my divorce it helped me out
