I'm pretty sure Emala was controlling Smiles magic, so the magic in the original wasn't smile trying to get herself out, but it was Emala keeping her still and preventing her from using her magic.
The Spooke Miss Smile’s magic aura color is pink? It’s not blue. In the original drawing Emala is in fact disabling Miss Smile’s magic and protecting the rope from being broke ^^ Still a good drawing nonetheless.

Pinky was baking a new cake for her friends, this one would be special. It would mark the arrival of there new friend, Willow! Pinky carefully iced the cake, creating the outline of all her friends, They were all hugging. Willow sitting it the middle and smiling back at all of them with her crimson eyes. “Pinky? Pinky! Is the cake ready?” Spike called you the stairs. “Yes! Coming!” Pinky responded at she filled in Twilight’s horn with icing. She picked the cake up and carried it out to the ballroom. Wait, where were her friends? Why weren’t they here for Willows party? Pinky looked up in time to see Willow looming over her, then, there was a horrible pain in the back of her head and she was plunged into darkness. Pink awoke, there, one of her friends! "Crystal? Crystal! What’s going on? Is this a prank?” Pinky noticed there was a string around her neck, she tugged on it and a sharp pain shot through the back of her neck. Suddenly Willow was there, smirking down at her. “Oh Pinky,” she taunted. “Poor gullible little Pinky.” Pinky squirmed, and with a gasp of horror saw her friends, or rather, her friends heads- on spikes. Pinky screamed and Willow grabbed the string around her neck, pulling it so the front of her neck bled. “Pinky, your going to die. Nobody can save you, your all alone without your friends and your going to die here, so don’t ever try and fight back.” Willow said. “NO!” Pinky bit down hard on Willows leg, Willow yelped and grabbed her string. Willow pulled and pulled the string, Pinky could feel her neck being cut open. “WILLOW!” Crystal bellowed. “LEAVE HER ALONE!” Willow laugh and walk over to Crystal, in one swift movement she sliced out one of Crystal eyes, then the other, then snapped Crystals neck and watched her bleed. Pinky couldn’t help it, she began to cry. Willow grabbed Pinky’s string and pulled it all the way across her neck, then it was over. Willow laughed and kicked Pinky’s head aside. Pinky woke in a cold sweat, that was a nightmare and a half, she though. Alrighty then, time to go make Willows cake.

Oh my gosh...I just realized something. I used to watch your channel when I was a child! I saw you make all of the original speed paints! This one I remember specifically though I wasn't sure until I saw the original image in comparison to your redraw. You're also one of the reasons I was immune to gore at a young age...yep, that and HTF.
